Most public universities in Malaysia provide MBAs, either in coursework or research. Below are the notable public universities which provide full time coursework MBAs.First of all, what is an MBA? MBA stands for Master of Business Administration. As a generalist degree, the MBA will give you basic administrative skills. In short, develop those key soft skills and leadership qualities while gaining a complete picture of your business in areas such as marketing, finance and accounting. The "MBA" in your resume helps you to stand out to employers, but the true meaning of an MBA is more than three letters on a piece of paper. During the MBA, you will develop your business knowledge, expand your network of professionals and improve your career and payroll outlook. This is why some people might want to take an MBA to further improve their business skills and get hired in better positions in business companies. You might also want to check out 10 private universities offering mba courses and 5 private institutions offering part time distance degrees.Read on below to find out more about cheapest mba in Malaysia, mba course in Malaysia, mba in Malaysia, best mba course in Malaysia, part time mba Malaysia, best mba in Malaysia, mba university malaya, business university in Malaysia, mba program in Malaysia and online mba Malaysia
1. Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) – Putra Business School

UPM is known for its high standard of scientific inquisition and research. Taking a part time course allows you to seek the support you need from tutors and lecturers who would guide you through your course at every step of the way.Now that we’ve discussed the pros, it’s time to talk about the cons of part time studying. Taking a part time course can be challenging to balance your work, study and family life. If your time management is bad, this can lead you to fail to meet your course requirements. The third con is stress. Just because you are taking a part time course, does not mean you will be free of stress. You are still expected to do assignments, meet deadlines and pass exams regardless of your circumstances outside of university.Apart from part time and distance degrees, if you are doing a full time job but still want to study to obtain a degree, APEL allows you to take a degree course with your working experience. IIUM - International Islamic University Malaysia

Since 1983, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) has been an undisputed leader in the Islamic world for its ability to attract international students from all around the globe.

IIUM, the Education Hub of the Islamic World

The idea to establish the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) was mooted on 12 January 1982 by Dato' Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, the Prime Minister of Malaysia, at a meeting with the then Minister of Education, Dato' Amar Dr. Sulaiman Daud, the Director - General of Education, Tan Sri Dato' Hj Murad bin Mohd. Nor and two other persons.Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kamal bin Hassan, then of University Kebangsaan Malaysia (National University of Malaysia), a senior academic official who attended the meeting, was entrusted with preparing the first working paper on the concept of the university which the Hon. Prime Minister had in mind. The university was meant to be a comprehensive institution of higher learning offering degree programmes in the sciences, engineering & technology, medicine, social sciences and arts. Islamic values would, however, be integrated into all the disciplines.IIUM was officially established on 20 May 1983 when the University received its 'Establishment Order' from His Majesty the Yang Dipertua Agong, HRH Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta'in Billah ibni AlMarhum Sultan Abu Bakar Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mu'adzam Shah, after an exchange of Diplomatic Notes of co-sponsorship between the Government of Malaysia and a number of Muslim Governments as well as the Organization Islamic Conference (OIC). The university's language of instruction was to be English and Arabic, and many of its students would have to come from overseas. As the Malaysian law did not allow for this, IIUM was incorporated under the Companies Act of 1965. Thus, it became the first international university and the first public university in Malaysia to use English as the medium of instruction and administration. The International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) supports innovative and beneficial research through the Research Management Centre (RMC). As the University is moving towards obtaining a ‘Research University’ status it is imperative that a high percentage of its teaching community is involved in research and consultancy activities.
